Product Overview

Sinoflo High Temp Magnetic Centrifugal Pump usually consists of four parts: motor, magnetic coupling, water cooling device and corrosion-resistant centrifugal pump. Its main feature is the use of magnetic coupling to transmit power. The multi-circulation cooling structure ensures the reliability and stability of the driving force and the magnetic transmission. Pin coupling is used to reduce the noise and vibration of the pump. Furthermore, the detachable type and pin coupling are used together, which increases the structure of the circulating magnetic pump and is more conducive to the heat dissipation of Sinoflo high-temperature resistant magnetic drive pump. This magnetic drive heat preservation pump is also very convenient for users to repair or replace parts. The outer rotor part of the circulating magnetic pump is also designed with a heat dissipation fan to ensure the stability of the magnetic steel. This series of circulating magnetic pump is suitable for conveying high-temperature media less than 300°C. Compact in structure, beautiful in appearance, small in size, low in noise, reliable in operation, and convenient to use and maintain are the main advantages of this pump.

Instruction Note

• The magnetic drive pump should be installed horizontally, not upright,

• When the suction liquid level is higher than the pump axis line, the suction pipe valve can be opened before the magnetic drive pump starts. If the suction liquid level is lower than the pump axis line, the pipeline needs to be equipped with a foot valve.

• The magnetic drive pump should be inspected before use. The motor blades should rotate flexibly, without jamming or abnormal noise, and all fasteners should be tightened.

• Check whether the rotation direction of the motor is consistent with the turning mark of the magnetic drive pump.

• After the magnetic drive pump motor is started, slowly open the discharge valve, and then adjust the discharge valve to the required opening after the pump enters the normal working state.

• Before the magnetic drive pump stops working, the discharge valve should be closed first, and then the suction pipe valve should be closed.

• · The use of high-performance permanent magnet materials may cause potential hazards to the following devices. Please keep the following devices away from this series of pumps. Such as: cardiac pacemakers, credit cards, calculators, etc.
