Product Overview
Sinoflo engineering plastic magnetic drive pump (referred to as magnetic pump) is a new type of pump that uses magnetic transmission of to apply the working principle of permanent magnet coupling to centrifugal pump. The magnetic pump replaces the dynamic seal with static seal and then the flow component is completely sealed, solving the disadvantage of leakage which cannot be avoided by the mechanical seal of other centrifugal pumps. The magnetic pump uses corrosion-resistant, high-strength engineering plastics, corundum ceramics, and stainless steel as the manufacturing materials, so it has good corrosion resistance and can protect the transported medium from contamination.
Application
The magnetic pump has compact structure, beautiful appearance, small volume, low noise, reliable operation and convenient maintenance. It can be widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, petroleum, electroplating, food, national defense, scientific research institutions, metallurgy, dyes and other industries to pump acid, lye, oil, rare precious liquid, venom, volatile liquid, and circulating water equipment, filter matching, especially the pumping of leaky, flammable and explosive liquids. Explosion-proof motors are more ideal for use with this pump. (Pump material: reinforced polypropylene)
