Sinoflo Vertical Long Shaft Pump with medium axial discharge is designed conforms to API610 standard, VS2 pump type.

Feature

• Hydraulic model: broad spectrum. The double suction impeller design can meet the large flow and high head working conditions and balance most of the axial force, and the mixed flow impeller design can meet the large flow and low head working conditions;

• Axle structure: safe and reliable shaft type to ensure stable operation of the pump, submerged depth can reach up to 13m;

• Casing: symmetrical design of double flow channel and space guide vane, which can balance most radial force, small shaft deflection, less wear for small sliding bearing with long service life;

• Support: the rotor parts adopt multi-point support, the spacing between the guide bearings conforms to API610 standard; the rolling bearing is with grease or oil lubrication, the sliding bearing below the support is with self-flushing, can also adopt the closed protection shaft structure with external water lubricated flushing according to the medium condition;

• Shaft seal: packing seal and mechanical seal can be selected according to different working conditions. The sealed cavity is in accordance with the API682 standard, and is equipped with a cartridge single or double seal. In special cases, a series mechanical seal can be installed;

• Structure: the overall structure of the pump allows the liquid to enter and exit axially, reducing the volume and space occupied by the pump;

• Rotation: from the driving end, the pump rotates counterclockwise for the double suction impeller and clockwise for the mixed flow impeller;

• Material: S-5, S-6, C-6, A-7, A-8, D-1, D-2 etc. specified in API610, materials can also be selected according to actual working conditions;
